#409 Not Elizabeth, but the CW issue is older, so I think it wouldn't be a helpful precedent to insist on moving the award when a short is republished separately later.

The current policy/manual is that the award should be added only to a standalone. We have been violating that policy and I'd like to see it changed to allow for magazine/anthology. I probably should have added in that thread that the award should be attached to only one publication.
