They appear to lack either an ISBN or an ASIN, so why would they not be against policy?

Just as an FYI, ISFDB is a good resource for merge targets (at least for speculative fiction.) #1 in 790 actually has a foreign language merge target: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
Everything done - I don't know the answer to #792 - maybe Rivka knows the answer to this one?
now, I'm cleaning up the rest of Caroline Yoachim's titles, heh. Now that I'm done, she only has one title - the short story collection. :O
Re 792: It appears to be an audiobook with an ISBN. The no-data edition should be merged, as should the collection. No sure what to suggest as a target for the collection though. It may just need to be deleted.

Sometimes, these are the only published translations for these titles in Spanish (they're done with permission, and have won awards in this format.) They are, however, published without ISBNs.
They're also often collected into an annual on a yearly basis.
I'm leaning towards not deleting them when I run across them, but I'd like a second opinion.

Backing into this. I'm not sure which magazines Emy was referencing and the post numbering has gotten messed up. But policy says
Goodreads considers the following to be valid book records:
...
periodicals without ISBNs but substantially similar to books (e.g., perfectbound literary magazines), although they should be typed as "periodical" in the work: media type field
...

I'm following what I was asked to do p..."
Corinne, I wasn't responding to your new posts in this thread. I didn't actually look at your links. (But now I will, just because!)
I used to get notifications for this thread and then I changed because I wasn't doing the type of work contained in this thread. I just happened to see it was active again. The post I responded to was from 2019 but had never been answered.
