PNR or UF -In the beginning the heroine has to deliver something to an office building and it's after hours and has become some kind of event with different species going on. Then a lust spell hits and she locks herself in an office, but the hero is there too and they end up having sex.

I can't remember what the rest of the book is about, but I think it involved either shifters, mages, or vampires, and maybe mages doing something bad to the city. The hero may have an unfriendly family.
