kings or emperors from different countries, sometimes same name need corrections

Issue was identified in another thread but was not solved there. Therefore I post it as a seperate project for someone to work on while I am busy with the other project.

Sometimes I come across kings with wrong names, they have some numbers from there date of birth in there names, and I used to stick to the rule to just removing the number. I was following the rules stated here in the manual that they keep their title and thats it. Then I realized that they have sometimes the same name, but are from different countries. There is a Charles from England and one from France for example. I am not aware how to solve this.

In addition there are some titles where I do not know if they are kept or not like Sultan.

Maybe someone more experienced knows what to do and can solve the profiles I will mentioned here?
