Discussion questions/readers guides are included in the page count, but previews are not. I've set it at 481 per Worldcat for now; do you have a copy of the book ISBN 9780451490049?

I do have a copy. The last page of the discussion guide is on 457, from there, it's entirely preview for Big Little Lies.
