ABANDONED. Romance book, looking for book using information of secondary characters. Girl with mole on face

So I read this book in the last 6 months, not sure when it was published or if it was a new release when I read it. The information I remember is that of a secondary character. The main heroine in the story had a friend who was a pretty girl but she had a mole or port stain mole on her face. The girl with the mole didn't believe she was beautiful, but another secondary character a male had a crush on her and wanted to ask her out. The heroine tries to convince the girl that she was beautiful and that the guy liked her. I want to find this book because it was part of the series and I want to read the girls story. If I remember anything about the actual story of the book I will add it below
