I just read "Switch" by Chip Heath and Dan Heath. It is about changing the way we think about making changes, and looking at how other people succeed. Their main point is that if you want big changes, look at small ways that can make a difference. They have a lot of stories to demonstrate this.
I have to admit, I'm not a big non-fiction fan, but every now and then, something catches my eye.
