Co-blogger Needed For EBR

We are looking for a co-blogger at EBR (http://etherealbookreviews.blogspot.ca/), please read below for more information, thank you!
Job Requirements:
- Co-blogger must be dedicated and love reading books
- Time is needed in order to write an informative review; must have a flexible working schedule (some exceptions allowed)
- Able to make good connections with authors and other bloggers

Job Description:
- Post a review at least once every week
- Find tours for the blog
- Interact with authors and other bloggers
- Set up events such as giveaways, etc.
- Come up with creative ways to promote authors/blogs including our own

*Ability to format website is an asset
