So what happens next? Does Rainsford become the new lord of the island? What about those Spanish sailors the general has locked in his dungeon? And a castle of that size with its own power plant and everything has to have some sort of a staff. Are they loyal to the general, or, as my daughter suggested, slaves who would be glad to be done with him?
