To be totally honest, I'm not a person who re reads very often, but I know that a lot of people do because they loved the book SO much. So comment down below what books you've read more than once because it was just TOO good!

I actually re-read the series a lot of times. There's like 12 books in the series. One of my top favorite books of all time.

I agree with that 8 or 9 out of ten times, but sometimes there's books where if I go back already knowing where things lead, I can better spot the bread crumbs and appreciate how the author built up to the end. It's not common, but when that happens it's as satisfying for me as the suspense is during the original reads.
Yeah I think that knowing what happens just ruins the suspense, as you said Genha.

Other than that, I don't re-read often, either. If I do, it's mostly to relive my favorite moments or, as Tommy said, to just look for all the bits and pieces that eventually lead to the ending and, after that, facepalm because I'll never be that good.

My re-read book has to be any one from the Harry Potter series! Even though I already read it, some things still catch me off guard and the writing is honestly amazing. It doesn't seem any different if it's the first time or the hundredth time I read it :)

Books I've reread more than once:
all 7 Harry Potter books
first 5 The Mortal Instruments books (and I will reread the last book, just not yet since it released recently)
all 3 books in The Infernal Devices trilogy
The Giver It's short and a fast read, but full of depth and meaning.
(some of the) Books I've reread:
Divergent
The Fault in Our Stars
The Book Thief
The Lightning Thief
Dragon Rider

I also reread the first five books before CoHF released in preparation, I definitely needed that detail-refresh, haha.

@Elly I've read Flowers In The Attic as well and OMG that book freaked me out SO much! Complete shocker, I'm too scared to read it again lol! Have you seen the Lifetime movie that came out last year?

My first time I read Flower in the Attic, I was like 13 years old and I do agree that the story is freaky.
Yeah, the movie is actually called Flowers In The Attic and the production company "Lifetime" adapted it to a movie because the 1987 book-to-film adaptation of it was pretty terrible. You should totally watch it, I think they did a pretty good job of including the horrors of the novel.

@Connie You should read it! It's a book you'll never forget, in a really creepy way!

I also do the same :)

And I thought I was the only one xD

I have The Darkest Mind in my "Want to read"-list :P & i'm currently reading The 5th wave (:

How do you like The 5th wave? :)

Tori; i agree! It's really good! I'm on page 300 something :P

I love jeaniene frost series

Also maggie shayne Texas brand series is great

I never get tired of Mr. Darcy

This book helps me out of slumps too! Typically I just open to a random page and read a bit, then open to another random page and continue reading... Gus and Hazel always lift my spirits with their banter, haha.
