Romance of the Three Kingdoms, by Luo Guanzhong. Total points to be determined. Points will be awarded for reading and participation in discussion for each of the novel's volumes. Because the novel is broken into a different number of volumes depending on translation and publisher, reading a volume will earn you a variable number of points depending on the number of chapters in the volume. Reading a volume will earn you X points. There will be four sets of discussion questions appearing over the course of the year. Each set of questions will also ask you to provide a question of your own. Participating in a set of discussion questions will earn you 1 point. Participating in a set of discussion questions requires BOTH that you answer at least one question, AND that you post your own question. Reading and participating in discussion for the entire book will earn you a completion bonus of X points, for a grand total of 24 points.
For those reading a four volume version: 4 points per volume 4 bonus points for finishing the entire book 1 point for participating in each of the four sets of discussion questions
For those reading a three volume version: 5 points per volume 5 bonus points for finishing the entire book 1 point for participating in each of the four sets of discussion questions
