Who knew this book came in multiple versions?! Not us, until we went to pick up our own copies. :P
The most common version is from 1831, but you may also see copies that say "Original 1818 Text." Mary Shelley originally published the latter version, but did some massive revisions before publishing the 1831 version.
For the book club, we'll be reading the 1831 version, and maybe giving some fun facts about the 1818 version if that ends up being interesting. If your copy just says "Frankenstein," you probably have the right copy; if it says "Original 1818 Text," just know that it's a different version than what Adrienne and I are going to be discussing.
