Trolling on Listopia List

A Goodreads user made a "clean reads" Listopia list--minimal swearing, no explicit sex, etc.--and someone came along and added a bunch of erotica titles to the list. Can the troll user be sanctioned or something?

I had started to delete the trolling titles, but then decided to leave some up so that the evidence is clear against that user.

Honestly I don't see how that would be practical or even desirable. I curate quite a few lists and people are always adding stuff that doesn't belong. On a list of books with fewer than 50 ratings, for example, someone will come along and add 20 books with 5,000 ratings. It's a huge pain in the ass to remove them all, but what's the alternative? How do you know whether it's just someone incapable of reading tags, titles, or instructions, or someone who is being a jerk?

Also, how can you possibly tell on that list whether a book is 100% clean and does not take the Lord's name in vain, unless you've read the book? (I'm not saying you in particular, but anyone.) There are books which look to be obvious erotica but many books don't look like obvious erotica and nonetheless have lots of dirty bits.

I noticed the tag "new-adult" is used for that list - presumably put there by the list creator. Every new adult book I've seen is chock full of horny sex. So maybe that's where the troll got the idea to add erotica...

I agree with giving the benefit of the doubt in most instances--even the vast majority--where someone added books that don't fit the category, even if a bit of mischief is suspected. But when someone adds a BDSM sex manual (as well as a dozen others along those lines) to a list of books without sex, I don't buy that it's due to a lack of reading comprehension.
