Change description to Russian. There is a URL to follow

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... It's using the default desc which is english. It has a URL which takes you somewhere but I don't know what is description and what is not.

Hi Corinne. I would advise you to check if the books has been translated and published in Russian as an e-book and if the book is free of copyright in general. The link in the edition is to the book content, not just the description. However I can't say if it is the full book or just what they thought was the most important parts.

It would be good if an actual Russian-speaker can advise on these points.


Also this edition has now an actual cover on Amazon. You can see the black cover was uploaded 5 months before publishing. To me it seems like a placeholder.

Hi Corinne. Thank you for updating the covers.

I think the description can still be changed into Russian (if one is found), the link deleted and a note or change comment left for asking anyone looking at that edition to eventually investigate if that is a valid edition. While you may not be resolving the issues with that edition you are, in this way, providing the most information you can for the next person that might be looking into this. In addition to leaving a comment you can also leave a link to this topic.

No, it's just your initial comment says you are currently working on the editions which is I only responded and in this way am bumping this for anyone else to review as well. Maybe we will get a Russian speaker soon to respond?
You are not obliged to do edits or work on anything you have no further desire to deal with but asking is always helpful, if not for you for other librarians.
