Actor wanting to audition for Harry Dresden

I am an actor looking to get involved with the possible Dresden Files series either movie or tv series. I have spent years characterizing Dresden although not much was needed. The books do most of the work for me. I am a fresh face in the acting world but I have ability and heart. I don't have much for a resume but I can assure you once you see me you'll want to see what I got. I understand this is not the way actors are supposed to go about this but like Dresden, I really hate red tape. I never saw a problem with being straightforward about what you want. I have a dream and I'm going to chase it. So, Mr. Butcher, I would like to audition for the role of Harry Black Stone Copperfield Dresden.
