I actually didn't read this novella my first time reading this series. And the only reason I'm reading it now is because I upgraded my soft covers to hardcovers and the Shatter Me hardcover I bought had Destroy Me at the end of it. Otherwise I wouldn't have read it.

But I am glad it did. It's actually a good well written novella (so far). And you learn more about Warner and why he is the way he is. I'm learning about him stuff I didn't know just by reading the series.

Right! But you gotta think. Tahereh wasn't planning on writing more books. That was just gonna be the end. Like it was supposed to be a trilogy. The only reason she even decided to write more books is because at a q&a someone asked her what Adam's last name was and she couldn't remember. So she reread her books and then realized that Juliette's story wasn't finished. That's why there are going to be 3 more books. :D

Obviously the girls were important in that event. But he was the one able to touch her and transfer their powers into her to heal her. Man, just writing that makes me love him even more. :D

I’ve been reading Ignite Me all evening and just realized I haven’t been updating. So right now I’m at page 312. (view spoiler)[So much happened in this book that I forgot about! I forgot she figures out she can turn her power off. I know, right?! That’s pretty significant. So like how do you forget something like that. Lol.

I also forgot Castle retreated into himself for a little bit. I forgot about Anderson being on a ship, Warner’s mother dying. So much I forgot about.

But I did remember that they spent most of their time in Warner’s training room. And I remember the plan Juliette put together. And I remember the end.

And speaking of Warner. Man, do I love him! Him and Juliette are rather annoying in this book with their back and forth. But I love him so much. He is such a cute little sweet cinnamon roll. ❤️ (hide spoiler)]
