I now remember that this song was the reason I watched Sucker Punch :)

Don't worry. Oathbringer and Deadhouse Landing will cure the numbness and make you feel comfortable.

Whenever I hear this, I always remember Fight Club.

Same here!! But I loved how it fit to Sucker Punch too. You must watch it, if you haven't.

There's a blackbird perched outside my window
I hear him calling
I hear him sing
He burns me with his eyes of gold to embers
He sees all my sins
He reads my soul
I'm at work and its (knock on wood) slow atm.. we have been listening to some great stuff all night. Although during our rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody I'm certain the nurses thought some wild animal was dying

And your arm felt nice wrapped 'round my shoulder"
Ohhh Margret you shouldn't have done that. This one is one of the songs that can make me cry in my happiest day for no reason.

You're the right kind of person if you get moved by that song. It brings back so many memories

And far below, the carnivores
are looking up to where I soar
Above the clouds, above the storm
Above the earth I am transformed
The energy has set me free
And pulled me through the galaxy
I've risen up beyond the sky
I am awake, I am alive

When dreaming I'm guided to another world
Time and time again
At sunrise I fight to stay asl..."
Creed.
Listen to the wind blow, watch the sun rise
Running in the shadows, damn your love, damn your lies
Running in the shadows, damn your love, damn your lies

Running in the shadows, damn your love, damn your lies"
Fleetwood Mac. This was in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Punch drunk and without bail
Think I'd be safer all alone"
STP. Weiland was one of the best vocals of that era.

Been wondering if your heart's still open and
If so I wanna know what time it shuts
Saw someone wrote Arctic Monkeys. This one just popped up in my mind.

Great song!

I don't mind if there's not much to say
Sometimes the silence guides our minds
So move to a place so far away

Is that only me or does this song remind Lana Del Rey?

you haven't found it baby, that's for sure
You rip me up and spread me all around
in the dust of the deed of time
And this is not a case of lust, you see
it's not a matter of you versus of me
It's fine the way you want me on your own
but in the end it's always me alone
I saw them in a small club in Cambridge (MA not UK) circa 1990. Very underrated band.
