Incorrect first published date

The Crystal Variation has 2001 listed as first published date, it should be 2011.
The three Liaden books that make up the 2011 omnibus edition were not published until 2004 (Balance of Trade), 2005 (Crystal Soldier), and 2006 (Crystal Dragon).

Corrected the pub date for the ebook edition to 2011 (as listed by the publisher).

The original pub date was taken from this (incorrect) earliest edition.
I've set the original pub date to 2006, as policy for omnibus editions is to use the date the last part of the omnibus was published as original publication date.
