How to update book preview

Hi, I have recently updated my book (and have added the appropriate alternate cover editions). My original paperback had a preview of the first three chapters, and I would like to delete that and add a preview of the updated version, but I cannot find how to do this. I've looked through the librarian manual and anywhere else I can think of. Can someone help me do this or point me in the right direction? Thank you!
