ABANDONED. Heroine thinks hero is cheating on her, their relationship is going down she wants to break up, it was a misunderstanding

So this couple is a littler older are together at the start of the book, it's part of a series where there's also a bunch of brothers, and each has their own book i believe.

In one of the other couple's books, (heroine's sister's book, the sister met the hero's brother in high school)

In this books the heroine is a nurse in labor and delivery i believe, they don't have any kids, she raised her sister after their parents died. This book has flashbacks to when she met the hero (in a bar or club?), and currently they are having serious issues, where he keeps going off and won't tell her what's happening. Eventually she follows him and see him talking to a girl and thinks he's cheating on her, and she wants to break up. The whole family shows up and tries to talk to her but she's made up her mind, his brothers also know what's really happening, but won't tell her, and they've been helping him out.

Turns out the guy was working undercover for the government to get rid of some unsavory characters that don't really come into the plot of the book.
