YA book I read in middle school 1980-83 timeframe. I thought the title was Dancers have Ugly Feet but can't find it anywhere. The story was about two sisters who have a strained relationship. One sister is a dancer and everyone idealized her. The other sister has no special talent and feels no one likes her. The imperfect sister finds out that her sister has ugly feet because she is a dancer so her sister is not as perfect as everyone thinks. (Thanks for the help)

And it's true about dancers and ugly feet. My daughter danced for 20 years, and her feet are horrible. But when you consider what they are doing to those poor little appendages. . .

LauraW you rock! The cover you posted didn't look familiar at all. When I looked for the book online there was an alternate cover and that was it!
I should have left the original Goodreads cover, but the one I posted was on the cover of the book I read.
