Librarians here who read greek and can verify if that's the same book? (ISBN isn't in the system yet - and the cover picture on the GR record has something that looks like a watermark at the bottom ...)

The "watermark" is the name of the site on the cover picture of the GR record, it does not belong to the actual book - so probably the cover has to change too.
