Merge Two Listings for Same Book

I need to merge this listing Absolution and this one, Absolution.

I also would like to make sure the cover is displayed and not the teaser.

combined them - merge has to be done by super (which I asked for in the correct thread)
don't know what you mean with the cover - looks like the one displayed on amazon

The description, average rate and comments are the same, not sure why they show as different books.

#4 No, they are clearly separate editions of the same work, with their own ISBNs. One of those you listed is the ebook, the other is a paperback edition.
