ABANDONED. Book about girl who falls at a construction site and suffers memory loss...??

I read this book a year or so ago on my kindle and when I finished, I deleted it from my device. Now I've gone back through my download history and tried google searching it as well, but can't seem to figure out the title!

In the book, she climbs a construction site at an amusement park but ends up falling and getting a concussion. She lives alone with her mom because her dad left when she was young (he was a musician or something). She later goes and finds him but ends up hurt over their interaction.

That's all I can really remember. Google only gets you so far. Thanks for your help!
