It's a book I read while looking through the children's/teens section of the library in the early to mid-2000s but was not a new release for those years (I don't think). Might be Young Adult but probably Middle Grade. I remember the cover was illustrated fantasy medieval-ish art (so picture tunic and hose wearing but fantasy) and stylistically cartoonish or anime-like. The book was not very large, maybe 100 pages, and part of a series. There was a quest and a group of characters questing together. Their paths diverged at some point. I think there was a female character with white hair and green eyes? She had amnesia?

Possibly something in the Belgariad or Malloreon series by David Eddings? If not, I recommend trying them. They're fabulous. Belgariad:
Pawn of Prophecy
Queen of Sorcery
Magician's Gambit
Castle of Wizardry
Enchanters' End Game
Malloreon:
Guardians of the West
King of the Murgos
Demon Lord of Karanda
Sorceress of Darshiva
The Seeress of Kell
Something by Lloyd Alexander perhaps? The Taran Wanderer series perhaps? The Book of Three is the first book in the series. I'm not good at what age books from that period should have been read. Was there a pig that was an oracle?
Or maybe Pig, the Prince, and the Unicorn But I figure with that one, since the MC was a white, talking pig with purple eyes, you'd have mentioned that major factor. Still, thought I'd suggest it anyway.

Funny coincidence, but I’m reading the Lloyd Alexander series right now. Unfortunately not it, nor the other suggestion. I believe it was much more modern and less high fantasy.
Nancy Springer wrote a series of books called Rowan Hood about the daughter of an elf and Robin Hood. This is the first book: Rowan Hood: Outlaw Girl of Sherwood Forest

Wendy wrote: "could it be one of Terry Brooks books sounds like a few of them"no, im pretty sure it was more middle grade or ya, but thanks!
Josie wrote: "Maybe Rowan of Rin by Emily Rodda? Or her Deltora Quest series? First book The Forests of Silence."unfortunately not :( i've read those though, they're good!
There's a green-eyed blonde in the Darkangel trilogy by Meredith Pierce, In the third book "The Pearl at the Soul Of the World" she has amnesia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dar...
