Hi. I read this book a few years ago. It's about a world where men have to have implants that prevent erections and humans are created in a lab since sex is banned. And at the end of the story, the main character ends up having his implant removed by a spanish gang and ends up having a child through having sex, but he has to hide because of course that's banned.
