Goodreads isn't accepting youtube's URL link for video

I did exactly as the FAQ says and even though I put the youtube URL in, Goodreads claims I didn't, as follows:


2 errors prohibited this video from being saved:

Video URL is not a valid YouTube.com/Livestream.com URL
Source must be YouTube.com or Livestream.com

But I added the exact URL, copied and pasted from youtube:

Video URL (from YouTube/Livestream)*
https://youtu.be/duKNABsVxvU <--- the URL I added

Is there a problem with the goodreads site?

I asked this in the Librarians group first and was sent here.

Hi Patricia! You'll have to use the URL as it appears in your address bar. In your case this will be:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duKNABsVxvU&feature=youtu.be

Patricia, it can take a day or two for new videos to show up on the linked book's page.

Unfortunately it has been two weeks and the video still isn't showing up. Is there anything I can do or anyone who can help me?
