Ron wrote: "I actually wasn't asking about deleting older versions but possibly combining them with the new..."It appears that all editions of your book already have been combined.
If there are some strays floating around, a new thread in the Librarians Group will get you an assist on that.
Because GR is a book cataloging site, if books are removed then they are removed from the readers book shelves and thus their reading record. Users want to catalog the edition with the cover they actually read. If they read an edition published in 2005 then that's the edition they want on their shelves not the edition with a different cover and content republished 10 years later.
I just had a review pop up that says it was me rating a book. But I didn't do the rating. I haven't read the book. I didn't post it. How can that happen? How do I delete the review?

Our email address is support (at) goodreads (dot) com.
Here's how to remove a book (and review) from your shelves:
1. Click on My Books in the header at the top of the page to navigate to your books.
2. Click on the relevant shelf name in the list of bookshelves on the left side of the page (in your case this will probably be the "read" shelf).
3. If your books are displayed in a table, click the gray "x" to remove that book from your shelf.
4. If your books are displayed as large book covers, hover over the book cover of the book you want to remove and click on the "edit" link that appears. In the pop-up that appears, click on "delete review."
This has occurred numerous times to me. I will get a like for a review of a book I did not read or review. I have no idea how or why this happens, but I never thought to mention it until now.

Hi, Jaclyn. I removed the book and rating from my books list, but I forgot to email you the link before I did so. Thanks for the help. That was weird.

We send an automatic email with a CSV file of the winners as soon as your giveaway ends, but it's possible there was an error or that it accidentally went to your spam folder. You can also view the winners' names and addresses by going to your giveaway page, which you can locate at the bottom of your author dashboard. Once on the giveaway page, simply scroll down to the bottom to see the list.
Why is the "Write a review" button the most invisible button on the book page?I send readers who review my books both to Amazon and GoodReads. Most of them can't find this button that is to be found only if one mouse hovers somewhere under the book cover art.
Last night, a lengthy review by a reader is unseen unless one clicks on his 5-star rating, and for some reason it says that it is "A COMMENT on his rating" and doesn't show in the flow of other reviews.
It's time to make one big red button for reviews.
Hi,Would someone with Goodreads please fix my series on my author profile page? If you go to it here:
https://www.goodreads.com/JZNMcCauley
And scroll down to "Series by J.Z.N. McCauley" it says two books in The Rituals Trilogy, but it doesn't show book 2's cover, only book 1 on my profile page. Is there a way to fix this to show both book covers, please?
I asked this in Goodreads Librarians Group first and was directed here. I hope this is an okay place to post this. Please let me know. Thank you!
That is a caching issue. You can tell, because on the uncached series page, both covers appear: https://www.goodreads.com/series/list...

Well, after my husband cleared my computer/browser caches, it appears book 2's cover shows up now on the side of each of my book pages. :) However, it still seems to just be book 1 when you go to my profile under "Series by J.Z.N. McCauley." :( Are you able to see both book covers together under the series section on my Goodreads author profile?

Goodreads does not delete out-of-print books or editions. Please see http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/22... and http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/32...
