Ive gone through my entire nook that has over a thousand books at the moment. I either missed it through when i went one by one or i accidently deleted it awhile back.
Pink--you have my sympathies about having to look through that many books. I only have 975 on my Nook. Um, but I DO also have a Kindle--with another 1500 or so on IT. And then there is my collection of "dead tree" (to quote my daughter.) That's about 2 thousand or so books. . .
I know that B&N keep a backlog of your orders. Or you can check your cloud and see if it's there. In fact, check your stored books and see if it's there. But yeah--it's had to find a book when you have that many books stored. :o)
Keep your chin up and cross your toes (can't cross your fingers or you can't "talk" to us) and hope for the best. Bump this up every 30 to 60 days if it isn't ID'ed right away. That will keep it in people's minds so that if they see a book that it might be, you'll have a chance for them to let you know. Most of us are too lazy to go searching through all the threads we have to find that "one that mentioned something similar to this book that I just found at the St. Vincent DePaul's."

-the couple in the book meet in college at NYU
-she does modeling for extra cash but she is attending school to become a teacher.. i think its a teacher.
-her parents arent in the book, she was raised by her grand parents in georgia
- when she meets her love in the book she takes him home to meet the grandparents and at one point the grandma gives him a ring to use when asking her granddaughter to marry him. He locks it in his safe until the right time
-his father is trying to break them up and uses blackmail as a way to do so, he tells her that he knows about the photos that she took in GA for a modeling gig were used as porn. Her grandparents and her sue that company bc thats not what the pictures we for orginally.
- They get pregnant, he doesnt know because before she can tell him, his father comes to her and tells her to leave and never contact him again and uses her grandparents livelyhood as means to get what he wants.
- lober boy freaks out when she leaves, he searches for her everywhere but then cant find her. The family friends daughter uses his heartbreak as a way to get with him.
- They get pregnant and married.
The new wife dies giving birth to their child.
I hope that someone can please tell me what book this is. It has been driving me nuts. Ive searched my nook more times than i can count looking for it but with over 1000 books it gets hard.
Thank you!
