I'll probably read one of these:
is amazing. Le Guin has become one of my favorite authors -- sci fi, but with a very humansitic, anthropoligical approach. She is the daughter of a famous anthropologist, after all. And The Left Hand ...
was ground-breaking.
Several of the others on your list are good, too. But The Left Hand ... is not to be missed.

I have only read one book by LeGuin, but I enjoyed it. I will have to put The Left Hand of Darkness on my TBR. I didn't know that she was the daughter of a famous anthropologist. That is interesting to know.
MY burgeoning TBR is just one of the reasons that I have a love/hate relationship with these threads, lol.
