Foundation Series shows 8 books even though it should have only 7

Hi,

I just checked the Foundation (Publication Order) Series from Isaac Asimov and it shows 8 books. The series has actually only 7 books. I think what is wrong is that there is somehow a book in Spanish which shouldn't show up or at least shouldnt be counted to overall size of series.

It's clearly marked as containing books #1 through #3, and as such, belongs to the series. In fact, that series is probably missing a great many omnibus editions. However, it should not be a primary work, and should be listed at the end, so I corrected both those issues.

Awesome, looks much better now. I think the Spanish book is actually book 1 to 3 as a bundle. This bundle is often called "The Foundation Trilogy". I personally find it weird to see all of a sudden a Spanish book there. Shouldn't there be only English ones?

It is book 1 to 3 bundled. And it should be combined with the comparable English bundle, but attempting to clean up anything in Asimov's profile is a huge project at the best of times.

But no, there's no reason at all only English books should be in a series - any book that belongs to the series will be listed, the edition listed in the series listing will be the default (usually the most popular/most shelved edition). (That one is Italian, by the way :)
