The classroom is often filled with different materials and tools that will need to be used that day. Students in here are taught to use their imaginations to create blueprints, reverse engineer, and invent freely. Failure is encouraged as they make you better for the next try!

Siri was busy in the room checking any electrical wiring she might have messed with before when putting in the sensor lights, even thought it would technically be someone else's job later. She wasn't about to just leave something messed up!

Zana finally found the engineering room by its sign on the door and ran inside, smiling widely. "Hello!!! Is there anybody in here?" She asked loudly, noticing Siri. "Oh, Your Highness!" She quickly curtsied in a wobbly way.

Siri turned around when she came in and was admittedly startled when the woman curtsied to her. No one had done that for her in a long time, so who was this person who knew she was royalty? She was confused until she saw Zax come in too and steadied Zana because he was sure she would topple over.
"You don't need to curtsy," he told her softly.

"Oh, right! Sorry!" She blushed and instead waved really eagerly to Siri. "Hi Siri!!! Zax says it's okay to call you by your nickname!"

Siri smiled, but was still kind of confused. "Yeah, I prefer to go by my nickname. My real name is just so long," she said with a little laugh.

"Siri, this is my sister," Zax said, walking over to his wife. "She's come to be a teacher here."

"Same with me! I go by my nickname too! But everyone back home already knows my nickname," She pouted slightly and sat down at a desk, adjusting her dress. "Uh-huh! I'm the assistant science teacher!"

"It's a silly tradition to name everyone with a ridiculously long name, isn't it?" Siri asked and sighed. "I haven't met a single person who doesn't use a nickname. Except my parents, but they were a different generation, I suppose."

"I don't even think mine means anything," She pouted slightly, looking around the room some more. "But what were you working on before we got here? Zax says we're going to be great friends!"

"Oh it was the wiring for an automatic light system," Siri said and then gasped a bit. "Wait, you're Zaxion's sister? I can't believe I've never met you before!"

"Really?" She got up and started looking around for the electrical wiring. "That's me! Zana! Not a lot of people have met me, actually...our parents kept me well-hidden. But I can't imagine why!"

Siri nodded. "I understand that part, trust me. Only thing was that everyone had to know about me, however vaguely," she said. "So then, you like science?"

She nodded. "Well, kinda. I like inventing and engineering more, but there's already an assistant engineering teacher. So I figured science was the next best thing!" Zana smiled. "I'm just happy to leave the boring kingdom behind,"

"Oh you like inventing?" Siri asked, instantly intrigued. That was basically her life, so to find that her own sister-in-law was into the same sort of thing? It was amazing!

Zana nodded again, this time more eager. "Uh-huh! I invented a mechanical songbird for the palace! And I want to invent this bubblemaker I found at the childrens' museum back home that made bubbles in all different shapes and sizes!" She laughed. "I love bubbles!"

Siri gasped softly. "That bird was yours? I took it apart! It was fantastic!" she said, assuming it was implied that she had also put it back together. In her opinion, any inventor needed to take things apart and put them right back together just to learn.

"What? You took apart my bird?" She asked in disbelief, her face falling. "But I worked on it for weeks!" She teared up and immediately unzipped her duffle bag, only to have half of her stuffed bears spill out onto the floor.

"The effort really showed," Siri assured her, but then frowned because she saw that Zana was upset. "Oh no! Don't worry, I put it right back together! I just wanted to see how you had gotten it to work and then reassembled it just like new!"

"My teddy bears!" She cried, not paying much attention to what Siri was saying anymore. She quickly bent down and started picking them up in a flurry.

Zax knew not to get in her way and try to help, but Siri bent down to try and help her gather up her teddy bears, though being careful to not try and upset her.

Zana continued to pick up her teddy bears, carefully checking over each and every single one to make sure it wasn't dirty before it went back in her bag.

Siri carefully handed her a few that she had picked up, figuring they were undergoing inspection every time one touched the ground.

She looked at those and finally cleaned them all up and stood up, zipping her bag up again. Although there was a yellow one in her hand that she held close to her chest protectively.

Siri smiled at her gently. "You like teddy bears?" she asked, assuming from the number of them. "Why do you carry them all at once?"

She nodded. "I do!" She sniffled and kept a tight hold on her current one. "They're all from my bedroom back home. They're soft and make me feel happy!"

"That's good," Siri smiled. "I was never one for the fluffy things, but I think your teddy bears are really cute! Do you have all the ones you had as a kid?"

"Thanks," Zana sat down and continued cuddling the yellow bear, hiding her face in it. "I've had these ever since I can remember...but I still buy them. I bought one before I left home, actually,"

"Oh really? A going away present to yourself?" Siri asked with a gentle smile. She had always comprehended the desire that came with holding a teddy bear, but she didn't ever crave it herself.

She shrugged. "I guess...I brought them here so I could have a tiny part of home with me. I love soft things and they're soft,"

"That's great, really," Siri said. "Have you moved in yet or did you just get here?"

Zana finally put that teddy bear away and zipped up her bag for good, then nodded. "I mean, kinda. I saw my house and everything. I wanted it to be right next to Zax's! But the mean school wouldn't let that happen,"

Mom: "There's a character in that anime who's weakness is that if he uses his super-power too long he gets a really bad stomachache,"

"Well I think there's someone living next to us already," Siri said, trying to recall but she couldn't. "I'm sure they placed you close by though, didn't they?"

She nodded. "In the next cabin over. I'm #115," Zana explained. "But that's far-away to me!"

((She was technically lying about that but still looking at some of these characters it does kinda seem like something I would like lol

If nothing else it would give me ideas for powers for my own characters))

"Oh but it's really not far at all!" Siri tried to assure her, but she didn't have much confidence in her attempt.

Zana perked back up. "Zax says the two of us can go shopping for pets one day! Would you like that? I want to get a fluffy white kitten!"

"You told me I couldn't have a pet," Siri said, pouting at Zax.
"Well, that was a long time ago. If you really want one, you can have it," Zax answered and gave her a smile.

"See? He said the same thing to me," She reassured her. "But now we can both have one! What kind of a pet do you want? You should get a kitten too so mine can play with it!"

"Oh I don't want a kitten," Siri said. "That's rather boring. I want something interesting. My sister used to have this little fluffy thing; I wonder where that went."

Her face fell slightly. "Well I like kittens. I don't want anything else. Most animals don't like me and chase me or growl,"

"I'd like that!" She then pouted. "But Zax says I can't handle taking care of a kitten...I'm an adult! and I'm not forgetful at all!" She dress rode up slightly, revealing she left her shoes at Zax's and has been walking around this entire time barefoot.

"I beg to differ," Zax replied, not even noticing her lack of shoes yet. It didn't matter. He knew his sister. "You just don't remember that you've forgotten. You both it you know."

She pouted further and placed her bag on a nearby desk. "I've been taking care of myself for years though, did you forget about that?"

"That doesn't mean anything," he said and patted her shoulder. "But it's okay. I'm sure you can try to take care of a pet and we'll see how it goes."

"Yeah! So let's go to the pet store!" She grinned. "But Zax says he has to come with us, because he's afraid we'll get distracted and do something else,"

"He has a right to think that, I would say," Siri said. "I always need to bring someone with me whenever I go anywhere so that they can remind me where I'm going. Sometimes I can make it. Othertimes a small trip can take a long time."

"I'm nothing like that," She huffed. "Oh! Speaking of which, did you also want to help me in making my bubble machine? I'm going to need a lot of room to do so and I thought you would know of a good place like that!"

"I was never allowed to go there, but I did attend the grand opening," Siri said. "It was the first time my sister was allowed to cut a ribbon! So I'll just follow your lead in that and it will all work out."
