I have been trying to remember the name of this book for months and it just won't come to me. I know the cover of it was green and I believe it had the figure of a girl on it. I think the Title of the book started with a 'U' and that the authors name started with an 'M' or has one in it somewhere. The book is about this girl who is sent to live with her dad in this town that has a curfew and no one is aloud out at night. She sees something glowing moving through the streets once or twice after curfew?? If you know of it, please let me know!
