Kristen's brother Theo was a murky character. Did you at first believe he had attempted to really kill her? What do you think was his end game? Was he trying to kill Higgie or make him think he was?

[Anita]

He was a really strange bird. I didn't think he attempted to kill her. He thought by helping her disappear, she would depend on him and see him as more boyfriend than brother - something that was just not going to ever happen from her perspective. For Kristin, he was trying to kill Higgie.

[Lauren]

There was something off about him from the start. I thought he may have tried to kill her but it quickly became obvious that he was obsessed with her.

He saw Higgie as an obstacle to his being with Kristen and I do think he was actually trying to kill him.

[Jonetta]

What a sick man and both Kristen and her adopted mother should have seen this earlier. I couldn't tell if he was that bad of a shot or had another motive in shooting at Higgie. Definitely obsessed with Kristen and maybe his sole objective was to isolate her from everyone, including the man she learned was her father as he'd convinced her he was trying to kill her.

At first I was baffled by Theo and I couldn't figure him out. The first time we saw him, I thought he killed Kristen. But the next time we saw him we learned that he had helped her fake her own death. Then he seemed to be targeting Higgie. Like Jonetta, I couldn't figure out if he was a bad shot, or he was shooting at Higgie for some other reason.
