Hello!I have really enjoyed the regency series "Tanglewood" by Rachael Anderson. The third book in the series should come out some time later this month. It's such a fun series and a lot of her other modern day stories are fantastic as well...most are Kindle Unlimited.
Also, I love all the series by Shari L. Tapscott! She has a few different series and they are all great! Her newest series, Silver and Orchids, might be my favorite (third book comes out later this month, too, and it should also be Kindle Unlimited.)
I'm not sure how to add the Goodreads link so I'll add a few of the amazon links.

You can't go wrong with either of these two authors! :)
I enjoyed both the books I found on KU by Joyce Alec; An Earl's Agreement, and Married to a Marquess. Both are sweet, clean Romance and came with bonus content of short stories by Caroline Johnson. All sweet and clean. I highly recommend these.
Re: Leah, the Shari L. Tapscott 'Glitter and Sparkle' series sounds fun. I am more into Contemporary or American Historical than I am Regency.
I read the YA series by Kathleen Baldwin. I don't know if it's on KU, but it's really fun (since you mentioned her). It's a little shameless, but both my books are on KU, if you're interested. The romance is historical, and similar to Marcia McClure, Sarah Eden, Carla Kelly, etc.
The Lost Letter by Mimi Mathews (set in Victorian England - it's wonderful).
One of my books is currently in KU too (and will be for another couple of months). It's a sweet/clean historical mail-order bride romance, set in Colorado 1880. :)

Several by Marcia Lynn McClure, a fun Regency Trilogy by Kathleen Baldwin, a fun historical romance trilogy from Carolyn Brown, and I am now reading the McCutcheon Family series by Caroline Fyffe with KU.
