Sorry for the delay ladies, I just got home from work...

Right above the comment box there is a blue hyperlink that says (Some html is ok). Click on that and it will show you how to code it.

spoiler: (view spoiler)

So when you you want to hide something that would spoil the conversation for anyone else, you type < spoiler > in front of it (without the spaces between it) and then when you are done writing your spoiler, end the sentence with < /spoiler > (but without the spaces.

If you do it right, it will look like what I have up above... a hyperlink that says spoiler and requires someone to click on it to see what you've hidden.

Well, it looks like Emily sent out the feedback survey about our experience with Kindle Notes and Highlights.

How did you guys feel about it? I feel like I missed some vital part of how it works. I guess I assumed it would flag content that others had noted or hightlighted so I could click on it or expand it while I read, if I wanted to....

Tiffany Coffman (tiffanycoffman) | 24 comments I was thinking the same. I guess I expected it to be more 'real-time' maybe? Instead of me having to go look for everyone else's notes/highlights.

NancyJ (nancyjjj) In case anyone still sees this thread...

I just had an odd experience. I bought a Kindle book directly from Amazon and there were already highlights in it! I felt like I got a used book. They weren't highlighted yellow, just underlined lightly. I don't read a lot of kindles, and I never highlight anything, so I don't know if that's what they usually looked like.

Yazir Paredes (jazzpty) There is an option for popular highlights in the setup menu. You can toggle it on and off.
