Author Name Change

I am working with Author Jennifer Pitkin who needs to change her Profile name to Jenny Bullington. How can we accomplish this? Can't seem to find anything about an Author changing their name once published. I know I can change each of the books to Jenny Bullington but that just created a new Profile for her and she doesn't have access to it nor does she want to change due to reviews, blogs, questions, etc ... on current profile. Help is appreciated!

The author needs to use the Contact Us link on the Help page to contact Support.

In some cases, a book may be originally published under a pen name, but then later reissued under the author's original name. When this happens, the author listed for any and all editions should be the author name the book was originally published under - so the reissued edition would need its primary author name changed to the originally published pen name, with the additional name added as secondary for all editions with it on the cover. Doing this will allow the various editions to be combined.

Sine I have a similar question I hope it's fine I post here. If you prefer to create a new thread for each new question please let me know and I'll do accordingly in the future.

While added the book set Romancing the Alpha 2 to existing series I noticed:
1) Amazon lists books by Lydia Rowan (not a GR author) under the name Kaye Blue (all covers changed)
2) there's a GR author's page for Kaye Blue containing most of the previous books

Do I understand it right the correct procedure for all the books originally published under the name Lydia Rowan should be listen now with Lydia Rowan as primary author and Kaye Blue as secondary author?

if lydia was the first name they are published under - yes, has to be primary on all upcoming editions as Kaye Blue is not encompassed in Lydia Rowan and totally different.

But: no, it's not liked that well to kind of "hijack" a thread which is linked to a specific author/book for questions handeling different ones.
These threads are literally linked on the authors or books page so every user can see them and might get a bit confused.
If there is no linking in the header (I saw it's not possible to see that on Android app) it's fine to post in there although new threads often get faster answers
