ABANDONED. Love between a witch and wizard

Hello, I would just like to ask for some suggestions. I can not remember the author or the title of this novel about a new young witch (heroine) who is still discovering her powers (example: exploding lights) and who she is and about a warlock/wizard who happens to be some sort of a guardian although they are forbidden to be together because of some feud. There is this unforgettable scene where when the warlock was doing it with another woman, the heroine was able to see and feel what he was seeing and feeling... It's really a nice read but for the life of me.. I can not remember the author or the title! I have been searching for this book since 2010. please help. Thank you in advance!

How old is the book you are looking for? Is it from the 80s, 90s or post 2000? Did you read it on Kindle or as paperback?
