The fifth book in the New York Times new adult series that began with Real. When an angry, heartbroken girl is forced to be near her rocker ex-boyfriend, only time will tell if the fire between them will consume them both.

Pandora, the gothic friend of Brooke (Real, Mine, Remy) and Melanie, thought that getting her heart broken by her bad boy rocker ex could only happen once. But now, he's back in town with the biggest concert of the year. Pandora hates him so much that she gets Melanie to come with her and play a prank on him at his gig. But when they are caught by security, and her ex himself is summoned, he decides not to press charges if she'll follow certain conditions. Pandora likes none of his rules, or that he's in charge of her, especially since they seem designed to make sure she's in close contact with him again. But the closeness reignites the passion they once shared, and soon no matter how much she wants to hate him, it's clear she's still hung up on him. And worse: he knows it too.

Chapter 2: (view spoiler)[ He offers her a job at his hotel room? That has to be the weirdest interview ever. Actually, they did not even interview her, and just handed her a job. Wow...that is a great way to hire people. (hide spoiler)]

I hope we get to know more about him. Brooke is an okay heroine. She is not as sassy as some of the other characters I've read. (hide spoiler)]

Well sheesh I would like to see Remington in real life (view spoiler)[ so Brooke who is a newly graduated sports medicine major is recruited by the lashes gorgeous Remington Tate, of course from the very start of the book you see how Brooke is physically attracted to Remy but she refuses to allow herself to acknowledge that fact. Instead she excepts a job with him but she is constantly fighting herself to keep it completely professional even though throughout the first days of the job all she can think about is how to get her hands on him. I honestly feel that Remington has some true demons inside of him which is why he pushes himself so hard and is not really interested in the girls that his trainers try to get for him, i am interested to see when the relationship between Brooke and Remington will begin. Oh my! (view spoiler)[ I really wish one of them would give up either let him talk to you and get to really know you so you too can make love or just make love to her so this lust can be done. I'm still really upset that when we got beat by scorpion I really expect him to go undefeated. I wonder what her sister Nora was doing with them and why she ran away. I wonder if scorpion is using Nora as a pawn to distract Brooke and therefore distract Remington. So far it's been a really good book. (hide spoiler)]

I am legit happy for them and worried (like these are real people...smh) how will Remy handle this new addition he can't be going all black with a new baby. Also all the I need him so much , the desperation from both of them is getting a bit old. Like alright already we get it you really REALLY love each other. I don't understand why Nora went back but I guess we will find out. (hide spoiler)]

wow (view spoiler)[ Ok I know that this story was basically told in the first two books but I could really feel it when Remy was telling Brooke about being Bi-polar, how the world pretty much stopped as he waited for her to leave. The way he is so attentive and wanting to see Brooke smile. Its wonderful. I was expecting him to be more protective of Racer though instead of Brooke being the one to feel like a bad parent because they are supposed to go on their honeymoon. (hide spoiler)]
