How to add pre-release title before available on eBook distributors

I have a couple of titles I'd like to pre-release, pre-announce. Is there a way to add them to my author's dashboard list, perhaps with a link to my site to download a free copy (or to download from Goodreads)?

I'm sorry if this is answered somewhere -- which so far I've been unable to find.

Books can be manually added before they are for sale. If you are going to have the book for download fro your site, that will count on Goodreads as an ebook release, with a publication date of whenever you make the book available.
