SOLVED. Mills and Boon. [s]

Heads up it's a mills and boon book and yes I am trash for reading mills and boon.

It is Australian based I believe and in the beginning this woman is a widow who husband has died and she walks into a cafe or something and sees a man who looks exactly like her dead husband. I think the new love interest is a very rich and successful architect (surprise, surprise).

I think later in the book it is revealed that her dead husband and the new love interest were twins separated by the new love interest mother. I think the new love interest mother either couldn't have children or had a lot of miscarriages and was a nurse and some teen pregnant girl turned up and gave birth and she decided she wanted to keep them but the husband wouldn't let her keep both of them because it would have been to suspicious to suddenly have two babies so they gave one away or back to the hospital and kept one.

So if anyone can remember what book this was that would be great.
