AUG BOTM Voting: Round 2
date
newest »

If you don't remember which book you voted for, feel free to contact me and I'll let you know if you can recast a vote.
I've read both Reluctant Fundamentalist and Tess, both good but I really would like to read The End of the Affair. HINT

Hopefully you won't have read the book the randomizer picked. I will say that it was most likely true that you had read all the books in the top 10.

The randomized winner is a book on your To read list. I'll announce the title as soon as voting is done.

Ha ha, that might be true. I'd love to read the Hardy but it does seem like a mismatch with summer. I've read mount of his books but stunningly not this one, his most famous. I would be happy with any of them although I've already read Reluctant Fundamentaist (which I really liked).

I have read 3 of the top 4 apart from The Heart of the Matter which sounds really good...just saying 🤣🤣

Same exact situation here!!
I would be fine with The Heart of the Matter though as well. It sounds very good. I just happen to own The End of the Affair.

Lol, I agree with you. Especially Tess.

I think the one you read last week should count . . .if it ends up being selected. You were merely prescient.
It's a battle to the death. All 4 books are battling it out within 1-2 points of each other and that changes from day to day.

Those who did NOT vote for one of those 4 books may now recast their vote for one of the 4 books. Participation points used from the prior round will be returned to you and you may now use up to 5 votes (if you have enough participation points) for any of the four listed above. I deleted your entries in the survey so you can go the same survey but this time vote for only the four listed above.

If you DID vote for one of the 4 books your vote is locked in and you may not vote again - even if you voted for multiple books and only one vote went to a top 4. Basically if any of your votes went to a top 4 book you are locked in along with any participation points.
This second round will close at end of day Wednesday 26 or when I have received all votes from those eligible.
If you did not vote in round 1, you may still cast a vote for one of the top 4 books.
