Huh.
Well, our normal rationale for not changing titles/covers are so that we're not changing the covers/titles on books that people have already shelved and might already own copies of. But in this case, it's months before the release and no one has shelved it yet.
Perhaps an exception can be made? I'll let someone else decide on this one.

I added the cover to the Paperback. Nook editions are hard to find acceptable sources for, so I wasn't able to add it to that one.
P.S. In the future, please start a new thread. Tacking on a unrelated request like this can sometimes cause confusion.
