YA: two identical people where only one survives.

This book is about two people looking the exact same and once they hit 16 they hunt each other and only one can survive. I found this book about 2014. I saw it in a bookstore but didn't pick it up then and have been thinking bout it ever since. I would love to know what it's called and actually read it.

The book is a young adult fantasy or dystopian.

Courtney's suggestion of Dualed (2013) looks very promising - twins/clones, they must hunt each other so that only one survives before they turn 20, twins are around 15.
