I see you have quite a few reviews on Amazon already so you look to be on your way.

How is the marketing side going for you? Any tips? I have made some sales but none on Smashwords yet and not sure where to find a US audience. I am on Amazon and Kindle.

Kindle I'm 3.99 while I see you at 2.99. Important difference?

I've just received the hard copies from Create Space and got a front window position in a local town bookshop. I've also got a book website and am using social media.

Sounds like you are doing a lot marketing-wise already, especially if you have joined and are posting in groups on Facebook for readers in your genre. The only thing I would add is doing interviews - either with book bloggers or online radio shows. There's a lot of them out there. I've been on The Writers Block on LA Talk Radio a lot and they are always looking for new authors. I think they are currently booked for several months but its never too late to get a boost in sales. I've found $2.99 to be a great price for an Indie-published book around 60-70k words where mine seem to run at.
