ABANDONED. MC BOOK need help naming the book

In my FB group we are looking for the name of this book. can you help?

Good morning butterflies, I'm looking for an MC book. It's the first book in the series and ends on a cliffhanger. The h grew up in an MC that her father and brother are a part of. She was in a relationship with one of the members, he thought she betrayed the club so he beat her and kicked her out. Her father and brother didn't do anything to stop it. I don't think they knew she was pregnant when she left. They later realize that she wasn't the one who betrayed the club, it was her sister. They spend years (maybe 10) looking for her with no luck. She ends up stripping to support herself and her twin boys. She became friends with a woman whose man is a part of another MC. The H is a friend/club brother of the couple and has been crushing on her for years. She is at a barbeque at the H's club and her father, brother and ex show up. The ex sees the twins and her and realizes they are his and all hell breaks loose.
