(view spoiler)[Woo, ok so I enjoyed this book overall and it had lots of great moments but it didn't completely 'wow' me. My favourite part was watching Locke pull off all his ridiculous schemes, I love that he didn't stop lying even in the very end when so much was at stake, hah 😂 (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[My feelings are pretty similar to yours, while I enjoyed this, it did get a bit long winded at times. Locke's schemes were definitely fun, I loved how insanely complicated every one would get. Watching him lie to the very end was great, I can't believe he was still making them pay, even after he stole so much of their fortune. I wish we would've gotten to know who Sabetha was and what she was to Locke, because he asked Jean to find her as his dying wish. Was she the girl he was in love with but couldn't have? I wish we would've gotten to know his true name, I feel like it would've been a great point to end on. I'm refusing to believe that he died, in my mind he found a new city with Jean, and is still throwing elaborate schemes. (hide spoiler)]
