Julia | 1 comments My dad read this book in the 70s but it was probably around before- perhaps in the 40s- 60s. It is a Dick and Jane esque book that has two protagonists Ned and Ted. There is also a female character in the book. One of the boys is painting the floor and inadvertently paints himself into a corner. He then asks for lemon cakes because he gets hungry. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Ayshe | 4721 comments It seems "A pet in the paint" was not separate book but included in Friends All About. It can be read on archive.org: https://archive.org/details/friendsal...
