Need help merging / combining two titles

I published a new book yesterday, and the Amazon upload seems to have created it automatically. Unfortunately there is already an entry with a review and some ratings against it.

I've tried using the combine function but dont seem to be getting any checkboxes against titles to select the ones I want.

The titles are:

yeah, you couldn't combine them as they were not on your author account.
they were on the default account where various author names are going to.
GR distinguishes the same author names by spaces between first and last name - you are William^^Holloway (^=space) and the added ones had both only one space,
All books entered with two spaces go automatically to your profile.

I moved them, combined them and will ask a super librarian for merge of the empty edition.
