Title corrections, edition, authors, and details

I'm going through this collection to add details for everything and generally clean things up. Of course I'm not a librarian so I'm actually asking you to do it.

lethe fixed #4 how they are supposed to be so I'm starting with adding the other authors to that one.
Charles William Eliot Selected what would go into the collection so he is generally listed with them all. Should be listed as editor probably, he did the earlier Harvard Classics 5' shelf which is why he is in charge & choosing what goes into this later Shelf of Fiction collection.
William Allan Neilson is editor for them all
Walter Scott is the primary author
